Presentation of activities taking place before 51st ZINEBI –PRE ZINEBI 51
The Town Secretary of Culture and Education, Ibone Bengoetxea, and the President of the Bilbao International Documentary and Short Film Festival (ZINEBI), Ernesto del Río, will introduce the activities included in PRE ZINEBI 51, the prelude to the Festival’s 51st edition..
The event will be held at the Press Room of Bilbao Town Hall on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, starting 11:30 a.m. It will be attended by representatives of all the groups, associations, and organisations involved in the organisation of PRE ZINEBI 51.
